3. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are binding. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Delivery

6. Returns & Refunds

Where technical support or installation services are provided, these are subject to separate service agreements. NTB Online Solutions will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues but cannot guarantee outcomes dependent on third-party systems or infrastructure.
