📦 Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Free shipping promotions may apply on qualifying orders — check our homepage for current offers.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of your order, please contact us.

🏢 Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. NTB Online Solutions is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

📦 Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items such as receipt printers, barcode scanners, and CCTV equipment are packed with additional protective materials.

⚠️ Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info@ntbonline.co.za or WhatsApp +27 60 145 6322. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
